Another week means another episode of the Borken Clock Podcasts Gamescast. This is an absolutely huge episode with a ton of new things to talk about.
Joe gives us his initial thoughts on the new Assassin's Creed Origins, which incorporates new elements to the traditional Assassin's Creed franchise. Both guys give their final thoughts on South Park: The Fractured But Whole, including a 5 minute spoiler discussion.
The big item though this week is Mario Odyssey is finally here, and both Joe and Adam are absolutley loving it. With only a few days to play it so far, there is already so many good things to say about this amazing game, including cool new mechanics, wonderful new worlds, and a story that has both guys way more invested than ever before in a Mario game.
The Lightning Round/Not Lightning Round is also full of newsworthy items including more info on the cancelled Star Wars game at Visceral, Gamecube controller support on Switch, the official end to the Kinect, as well as the Chinese Government imposing their will on games, a tough week for video game forum NeoGaf, and much more.
