It's finally here! The debut episode of 15 Minute Mindset.

In this brand spanking new series I'll be sharing proactive, practical and fun tips and tricks all designed to help you boost your mindset and wellbeing in 15 minutes or less!

On the first episode I'm unpacking the importance of self care and covering important takeaways such as:

- The 3 distinct types of self-care that you need to do to maximise your wellbeing

- Why most people get self care wrong

- The 2 different ways to practice self care (and which one to start with)
