I love your emails! Keep them coming! Your bright smile delights my morning ;) . Thank you for educating me . Mr A seems very angry and could perhaps learn a lot from you and your angel giver of a wife ( my sister and I had followed her posts )

I look forward to seeing your next email .

Don't shoot the messenger eh? Tell Mr. A he can have his brand new Alton build with a huge lot in London for $350K. He's clearly not originally from Burlington.

Email #4:

Enjoyed your latest video! First, when you said the Alton West lots are 36 and 41 foot lots.... Please tell me you mean width?!?!?!

Here is a question I have as someone who has bought a new build and now is currently living in an older home in south Burl.
-How do buyers of new builds compare to buyers of older resale homes?
-What are they looking for in terms of lots and layout?
-What are the expectations?
-Do you find many people who have lived or are currently living in new builds will/have sold shortly after moving in? Maybe due to lot size or lack of privacy?

I also ask for my in-laws who live in an older home and are looking to sell next spring.
Thanks so much!

Hi guys,

We went to see Sundial this weekend... and walked out..

Here are some thoughts:

1. Prices are ridiculous and the lots are a joke. ($849,000 for a starter home on a 31ft lot?) "Sliver" homes I call them.

2. They will sell out, because a fool and his money are soon parted. (You can buy and $45,000 Dodge Caravan too..)
(Um, buy the 1 year old Mercedes Benz under full warranty) : )

3. Why would I ever buy these? And absolutely no value.. when I could live in Millcroft, Tyandaga, High Park Estates Ancaster, , Lovers Lane Ancaster, Meadowlands, parts of Dundas on the ravine, Old Waterdown, etc.. ZERO value here..

4. So overinflated and prices have outpaced wages significantly, both in new and used. There is simply no way this can continue indefinitely. It screams artificially inflated prices due to low interest rates and demand due to panic. Does anyone remember

1989? I do.. I was in University, but many people lost their shirt and it took 9 years for them to break even on their property.

5. Fifth point? I'm speechless.. I know a few private builders and may have to build something. I've never seen a bubble this big in my lifetime. (Well, except for Nortel and Enron) lol...

Your video is just fine and very professional. I wouldn't worry about Mr. "A". He probably drives an overpriced crappy Dodge Caravan too. (I'll keep my hand built Porsche 911 thanks).. : )

Have a great day!!

Sincerely, Mr V - for VALUE
