In a previous article, we looked at a powerful method for recruiting your dream team, which entailed looking at the skills you would need, the activities that would need to be carried out, and the best order in which to recruit the team members with the appropriate skills to carry out these activities.

In this article, we're going to ask and answer the question of whether you should build an "On-the-ground" (real) team or an "On-the-web" (virtual) team.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both, so we will work through a series of questions that explore all of the pros and cons. These questions are very pragmatic because I've had to ask and answer them myself when building my own teams, which include both on the ground and on the web personnel.

I hope that you find this approach to be useful when building your dream team.

Although the correct skills are vital, the most important thing to look for are people who are passionate about your vision and carrying your message to the world!

If you have any questions on how to implement these great techniques in your business, please do not hesitate to contact me at john@jo-international.com
