In this episode John shares with us how we all hold on to certain belief systems and perceptions of ourselves. If these are challenged and we stop believing in certain things, then resistance, procrastination and self-sabotage kicks in and stops us from moving forward, which also prevents us from getting the results that we are looking for.
He also shares with us what your AUTHENTIC self looks like and how we can use this to be able to live for the person that you really are.
John also discussed the common symptoms that people have that shows they are not living their lives. They are:
- Feeling that they are not fulfilled with what they are doing with their lives.
- Feeling depressed.
- Lack of focus.
We talked about the importance of understanding who you are and what you really want, because failing to understand those would make success too farfetched.

John shared with us how your thoughts dictate your emotions, and how your feelings dictate your actions. He says you don’t act based on what you think, which then led on to the great topic of Limiting Beliefs.
