Twitter has reported its first quarterly net profit, despite the number of people using the social network coming in below expectations. Shares in the company shares closed 12% up on the day. So how is it making money? Independent tech analyst Stephanie Hare gives us her take. Stockholm is poised to introduce a ban on racist or sexist advertising in public spaces. The plans are set for final approval in a vote next month. But they've already caused a stir amongst advertisers, as Maddy Savage reports. Next month Italians head to the polls once more to elect a new Prime Minister. And once more the spectre of 81 year old Silvio Berlusconi looms large over the political landscape. Roberto D'Alimonte, professor of political science at Luiss School of Government in Rome, explains how Il Cavaliere still shapes Italian politics. All that and more discussed with our two guests throughout the show: distinguished economist Ken Rogoff in New York and Sushma Ramachandran, former chief business correspondent for the Hindu, in Delhi.
