Baby swag is a baby clothing store in Rexburg that provides new and lightly used clothes at thrifty prices. Babies typically grow out of their clothing fast and keeping up can be a financial burden, but Baby Swag aims to help families save some money while still buying nice clothes for their babies. “Baby swag is a child and maternity clothing store … our prices are as competitive as possible because it is used clothing but we call it gently used because it’s really good condition, we are really picky about it and in some cases, it’s even new,” said Copper Quist, the owner of Baby Swag The shop also offers activities for babies and their parents, especially to help young mothers who are raising children in the area socialize and be active in their communities. “We are trying to be more than just a store; we are also trying to be a community. We just started activities in January … we want to do more things like reading time, other organizations coming in to give coaching or advice … in addition to having a play session,” Quist said. Quist also gave some advice to BYU-Idaho students who are beginning their careers and making life-changing decisions. “My experience is that when you trust God and give your best, He makes it all work. There is an act of faith that brings miracles in a spiritual sense, but it’s just the same in business,” Quist said. Baby Swag is open every morning except Sunday at 10:00.
