I got a chance to sitdown with UCLA graduate student activists Ree Botts (from Philadelphia) and (Osceola Ulimwengu) following UCLA's recent blackface party. Additionally, they share their experiences growing up in predominantly white spaces (until college) and facing challenges establishing self-identity.
