When viewing real estate online, some just take the current housing market at face value. Others only go for it. Real Estate is way too expensive to "just go for it".

The best indicators of a healthy housing market are going to be at the particular listings to sales real estate ratio.
If we have an overabundance of housing and real estate inventory on the market for sale, the market is going to be softer in status without enough home buyers buying real estate.
If we are lacking inventory in the Santa Clarita housing market and if we have a high buyer, then we are on the other side of the equation and are within a strong seller's real estate market.
Depending on what you want to do in real estate, will depend on the type of housing market that you are going want to be an active participant within.
