In honor of Black History Month, we are excited to highlight two key programs that Capgemini supports to champion the Black community. First, our host Lauren Sanne Kimball talks to Ernest Alumanah, National Lead of A3, Capgemini’s African and African-American Employee Resource Group. They discuss the recent Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Services events that the ERG supported across the U.S. Next, Lauren interviews the Executive Vice President of Social Ventures at Per Scholas, Damien Howard. Per Scholas is a Digital Academy partner of Capgemini that provides technical training to underrepresented communities. Capgemini is proud to support Per Scholas through our MLK Day of Service events as well as by welcoming over 50 Per Scholas students into internships at Capgemini. Listen to what some of those interns have to say about their experience at Capgemini. To learn more about how you can apply to a Per Scholas course or welcome Per Scholas talent in your organization, please visit PerScholas.org.
