1. What is it?
   1. What is your dream career?
   2. Why do you want it?
   3. When do you want to get there?
2. How will this make me feel?
   1. How will obtaining this job make me feel?
   2. Is this what you want to feel?
3. Where am I at now?
   1. Where are you at right now from your career standpoint?
4. What skills or knowledge do I need to obtain?
   1. How long will it take to acquire those skills / knowledge?
5. Does this financially make sense?
6. Can I accomplish in my current job?
7. Talk to others in this job
   1. This is EVERYTHING!
   2. What do they like about their career?
   3. Do they have any regrets?
   4. Why did they pick that career?
   5. How long did it take them to get there?
8. Other life goals
   1. Does your life goals align with your career goal?
