Krissy and Dwayne Shofield (@ourinfinitehealth) are two carnivores from Nova Scotia who have transformed their lives with this way of eating. Dwayne has lost 70lb, improved his overall body composition and reversed very bad eczema he’s had all his life. His asthma and kidney stones also disappeared and he experienced several other benefits. Krissy, Dwayne’s wife, was a registered dietitian for over 10 years but recently resigned her RD title as she could no longer promote the diet she was supposed to after all she and Dwayne have learned. She has also reversed her symptoms of fibromyalgia and chronic pain along with many other benefits as she’s continuing to heal from a vegan diet. Check out their YouTube channel as well!

Optimal Carnivore was created by Carnivores for Carnivores.

They created a unique organ complex from grass-fed animals in New Zealand. It includes 9 different organs - Liver, Brain, Heart, Thymus, Kidney, Spleen, Pancreas, Lung etc.
