In part two of "Church Clothes" we catch a glimpse of what it could look like if we put on "the new self" which is the character of Jesus. But how we go about doing that may seem counterintuitive. Instead of investing all our energy trying to self-improve and change our own behavior through our own effort, the Scriptures teach us over and over again to first draw closer to Jesus.
