Coach Melissa and her husband, Joe, were graced with their first child, Quinn just about 6 months ago. Melissa was able to stay fit and, amazingly, was able to workout up until just a few days before she went into labor. We sat down with her to talk about how she was able to maintain her fitness and return to the gym just 3 weeks post-partum!
