We are back with a new episode talking about the aftermath of family death and the stigma of suicide Our guest, Dimple Patel, speaks publicly for the first time about what is was like losing her mother. We talk about the stigma surrounding mental illness and the effects, a topic far too common in the South Asian community. Together, we want to educate and end the stigma regarding suicide and encourage those suffering to get help. If you'll be in the Boston area in the coming months, check out Dimple's exhibit at the Boston Logan International Airport - Terminal B. Look at @project375 and http://deconstructingstigma.com for more on her story and ways to get involved!
