21 From within people, from their hearts come evil thoughts, unchastity, theft, murder, 22 adultery, greed, malice, deceit, licentiousness, envy, blasphemy, arrogance, folly. 23 All these evils come from within and they defile.” Jeremiah 31 – “I will make a new covenant … I will place my law WITHIN them, and write it upon their hearts; I will be their God, and they shall be my people” Ezekiel 36 - 26 I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you.I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put my spirit within you so that you walk in my statutes, observe my ordinances, and keep them. 3 For, although we are in the flesh, we do not battle according to the flesh We destroy arguments 5 and every pretension raising itself against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive in obedience to Christ” Philippians 4:8 – 8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
