butterfly This episode is part one of a 3-part miniseries on change. In part one, I answer the question: "Why should I change?” by showing how it is imperative to take responsibility and to live a chosen life instead of a borrowed life. I also ask some important questions:
  1. What advice would you offer to the person that is the most important to you if they were living your life as it is currently? Or, knowing what your life would become, what advice would you give to the little child you were?
  2. What would you do differently, if you truly loved yourself without judgments?
  3. When did you decide that you did not deserve to be happy, that it was ok - or even acceptable - to sacrifice, perhaps the only life you will ever have?
Finally, I suggest recording your process and progress with the help of a tool, such as a journal. ( Photo By Vincent van Zalinge via unsplash)
