Do you use affirmations? Some people swear by them while others completely discredit them. I invite you to try them for yourself by following my guidelines after the show and make your own conclusions. Affirmations were the very first practice that I was introduced to when I began transforming my life. However, they are governed by certain principles and being unaware of those principles can negatively affect you and prevent you from attaining your desired results. At first, thinking they were just positive statements that I needed to repeat endlessly, I failed miserably. With time, through trial and error, I finally understood what it takes to create an affirmation that really can have a positive impact and create tangible changes.
