Oxidative stress occurs in our bodies when our cells and tissues are oxidized. Too much oxygen compromises the body's ability to recycle and recover from free radicals; the oxygen molecules that can potentially cause us damage. The effect of this damage is often likened to the corrosion properties of rust. In fact, there's even a concept that neurodegenerative diseases stem from oxidative stress; referred to as brain rust. Join me July 17th, at 3:30pm PST, when I introduce ways we can "rustproof" ourselves. Call in on (646) 716-8344 during the show or feel free to leave a comment (below) or send an email to: naturallyhealthyandgreen@gmail.com Voice mail messages can be left at: 650.741.4137 and you may visit my online wellness market for your natural nutritional supplements, 24/7.
