Donald Cox is a professor of Economics at Boston College. His main research area concerns intergenerational transfer behavior, and his recent work is focused on the implications of reproductive and evolutionary biology for the economics of family behavior. He has served as a consultant for the World Bank and is currently study section participant at the National Institutes of Health. Cox holds a Ph.D. in economics from Brown University and received his undergraduate degree in economics from Boston College.
