Justin and Tim recap week 13 in the ACC and discuss the rainy, cold, and dominate performance from Virginia Tech as they shut out the Pittsburgh Panthers 28-0. It's the second straight shutout for the Hokies and the first time it's been done since 2005, and the first time ever against two ACC schools in back-to-back weeks. They discuss what it means for the Hokies as they head into the final week of the season with the Coastal Division on the line. Plus, they discuss every other game in the ACC, including Miami's stunning loss to FIU.
