This week, we talked to Omar Carter, founder of the Omar Carter Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides education and training for life saving techniques, as well as providing other initiatives to help the community. Omar talks about his foundation and the inspiration behind it. Previously a pro athlete, Omar tells us how he nearly died from cardiac arrest during a game, and how that happening created a chain of events that has improved his life sense. This episode was very inspirational. Listen in to Omar's amazing story and hear more about his upcoming documentary on ESPN.
