Almost 1,400 Clare students will be receiving their Leaving Certificate Results this morning. From 10am, students nationwide and across this county's nineteen secondary institutions will be able to access their results both online and in person from their school. It's expected the class of 2024 will have a post marking adjustment of 7% applied to their results, before the grade inflation measure introduced during the Covid-19 Pandemic is phased out next year. To discuss this further, Alan Morrissey was joined by Retired Deputy Principal, John Burns and CEO of Career Focus, Career Guidance Counsellor and Teacher at Ennistymon Community School, Mary Tyrrell.
