Shin splints are a really pain in the tibia. If you have ever taken up running as a new hobby or you have jumped back into activity a little too soon you have probably had this soreness along the front or inside of your lower leg. While it is a frustrating injury it is also one you can address in a preventative fashion and you can correct. It takes some time and patience but if you address all the factors it will be well worth it in the end.
