https://EatingForAbs.com I'm a big fan of Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm. I saw an interview in which Larry talked about the problem with the show being that he plays a character of his same name. When people meet hime they expect the caricature to be real. This is a similar problem I see when real scientific terms are used as marketing buzz words like the overused Keto, and today's topic, Macros. "Macronutrients" refers to three major components of our diet, and the ratios of consumption, individual to our body types and goals, that allow us to progress best. There's a lot to cover.
