How to handle dating someone on the rebound, and when you should and shouldn’t employ the no contact rule when their ex is in the background.

In this video coaching newsletter, I discuss an email from a viewer who was dating a girl for about seven months. She told him she was still healing from a previous abusive relationship. He tried locking her down to a commitment after four months of dating, but she wanted no labels or commitments and wanted to keep dating. Recently, she told him she was talking to the supposedly abusive ex she was healing from. He told her to figure out what she wanted and went no contact hoping she would choose him over the ex. He asks my opinion on whether or not he did the right thing.
