“Comparison is the thief of joy.” Theodore Roosevelt

Comparing ourselves to one another is a natural human tendency. The rise of social media has heightened this natural tendency of comparison to an unhealthy level. We can all attest to the fact that comparing ourselves to others takes a toll on our mental health. In this episode, we have a raw and authentic conversation about how we experience comparison culture in our personal and professional lives. We also chat about how we see this tendency within our students/clients and provide some guiding tips to minimize the critical voice within. Comparison can never be eliminated, but it can be minimized when we are living in alignment and in flow.
