This week the whole gang is here! Last week we talked about crisis, but this week we dive into how to respond to crisis. Sarah tells some personal tales of where crisis can show up in our daily life. We share insight from Lisa Dion that regulation does not have to mean calm. Regulation is being aware, grounded, mindful and connected. We can meet our crisis with this presence of showing up in our whole self.
