In 2003 David Rose was involved in a near fatal hit-and-run car accident. Over the next few years he was in and out of hospitals, endured multiple surgeries and countless doctor visits. Instead of succumbing to despair he decided to bring hope and encouragement to children & their families especially when they need medical care. He formed To Give a Smile, a non profit to assist families in the US hospitals and to provide medical opportunities internationally.
