So its come to this has it? Me talking about Brexit! Oh the joy!
Lets get one thing straight; this isn't a political podcast and is nothing to do with Brexit, so why on earth would I be talking about it? I know very little about Brexit and I know even less about politics in general, but in all fairness our government has either 1. Demonstrated they know little about the subject as well, as they can't seem to make a decision, or 2. Know exactly what they are doing, but are specifically dragging it out for some reason. Either way, how can anything in this world progress when you are not willing to take action to move it forward?
And the same rules apply for increasing your confidence and self esteem. Things will never improve if you are not willing to address the situation and that's what this weeks episode is about.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this. I'm certainly not prepared to hide behind some carefully edited recording! So as ALWAYS you get the raw - unedited version. Just like with all shows - I need your feedback.
