Have you ever experienced burnout before? I think 2020/2021 there's a lot of that going on.
Maybe it's the WFH (work from home) culture and it's something you have to adapt to.
Maybe even there was a restructure in your organization and you're taking on more work.
We are all leaders in our career and it's important for us to stay healthy for us.
