In today's episode, I sit down with Allison Johnson Heist (Enneagram 1) to talk about using the Enneagram in activism work. We chat about the Enneagram community's general lack of racial, sexual, and gender diversity and how we can change that.

Allison Johnson Heist (she/her/hers) is an organizer, facilitator and Enneagram practitioner rooted in racial justice and contemplative activism.

She has over 10 years of experience training, educating and mobilizing people to act for social justice in Minnesota and throughout the country. Allison is co-founder of Enneagram in Color, a people of color-centered approach to the Enneagram. She is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Leadership for Social Transformation at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities.

In her spare time, she's into Crossfitting, swimming, and food adventures with her husband Kevin.
