”The key is to set a strong vision”, Helena Norrman, CMO and CCO, Ericsson.

Ericsson doesn’t just have a challenge letting the world know how it’s transforming and what it can now do; it has to make sure its 100,000 employees also know.

They came up with the vision of a networked society and six-years-on Ericsson’s CMO and CCO Helena Norrman says it’s still too early to say if it’s worked.

”A lot of the stuff we do is not particularly easy to understand or relate to so it’s been extremely important to us internally.”
