  • BASICS: salt, pepper, olive oil

  • PRODUCE: 2 cups kale, 10 cremini mushrooms, 1/2 red onion, 10 baby carrots,
  • CANS & JARS: 1 can chickpeas, 5 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cups chicken broth
