  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • MEAT: 1 lb skirt steak or strip steak
  • PRODUCE: 2 cups arugula, 1 beefsteak or heirloom tomato, 1 bunch cilantro
  • CANS & JARS: 1 can black beans, a few drizzles of your favorite vinegar
  • DRY & PACKAGED: 1/8 cup nutritional yeast
