  • EQUIPMENT: med pan, med pot with lid, tongs or spatula, stirring spoon, sharp knife, cutting board
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 egg
  • MEAT: 3/4 lb cod OR your favorite flaky white fish
  • PRODUCE: 3 cups kale, 2 cloves garlic
  • DRY & PACKAGED: 1/8 cup flaxseed meal, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup quinoa (red or gold, your preference)
  • CANS & BOTTLES: 1 tsp red wine vinegar, optional tin of anchovies
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: garlic powder
