Pattanam pakoda is a tea time snack and special street food from Tamilnadu. Pattanam Pakoda is made by a combination of rice flour and gram flour along with onion and spices. Pattanam Pakoda is different from their North Indian counterparts, as they are made from dough instead of a runny batter. They are very quick and easy to make and are crispy from the outside and have a soft inner core.
