The election is coming up soon, which is the hottest topic on the news. The 2020 United States elections are scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2020. All 435 seats in the United States House of Representatives, 35 of the 100 seats in the United States Senate, and the office of President of the United States will be contested.

So, today, we have invited Dr. Gilberto Zelaya, Director of Voting Coordination to the Montgomery County, Maryland Board of Elections, to our podcast.

Dr. Gilberto Zelaya, known to County residents as “Dr. Z”, Director of Voting Coordination to the Montgomery County is responsible for coordinating community relations and outreach with an emphasis on compliance with Montgomery County’s Spanish language requirements under the Voting Rights Act.
