First you have to get crystal so crystal clear on who you are, what you want and why - that it lights you up and you can’t stop thinking about it
Claiming it because YOU, GET TO decide to claim it and let go of the rest

CLAIMING is an ownership and when you truly desire something those feelings from the desire to the claiming to the experiencing are STRONG and present IF and when you are truly CLAIMING IT and if it’s a true desire and not just a want
