Sydney Rose Miller joins us this week for a deep conversation all about career changes, fitness, and the responsibility of privilege. Sydney was born and raised in NYC and started her career as a high school English teacher before transitioning to the fitness world. Her goal is to help others fill their own cups; charge their own batteries; become inspired and confident; and access their own power.

On this episode, she openly discusses the responsibility of privilege and shares her passion for local organizations like, SPY (www.safeplaceforyouth) a group of volunteers that support homeless youth in the community. She also is dedicated to using fitness to empower the previously incarcerated.

Sydney is a personal trainer and SoulCycle instructor in Los Angeles and we also deeply discuss her love of spin, the SoulCycle community and so much more! Take a listen and prepare to be majorly inspired by this fearless babe.
