This week is a continuation of last week’s Red Flags episode. Last week I talked about some of those external red flag behaviors that pop up when we’re stressed- mindless social media consumption, over-eating, over-drinking. Today I am talking about some of those internal red flags that a lot of us are experiencing - sleeping poorly, not pooping, breakouts, missed or late menstrual cycle, racing heart…

If you’re experiencing these, tune in and I’ll share some ways to recognize these red flags as well as what to do about them. I share my “parking lot” notebook tool, the power of the five daily benchmarks AND there’s a little Zeke cameo. I hope you find these tools as helpful as I have!
