Wall exercises that will give your body a full workout in 9 minutes!

YES!! If you have bad knees you can do this too. Your modification is using a stool or edge of a chair; a hard surface.

1. Wall sits with "Rockette" kicks.

  • Get into a sitting position on the wall.
  • Hold for 30 seconds. Be sure to zip up your ads. Tuck your pelvis under.
  • Stablize yourself and do alternating leg lifts.
  • Continue for 30 seconds.

2. Wall push-ups

  • Keep hands shoulder width a part.
  • The greater the diagonal, the higher the intensity.
  • Slow and steady for 1 minute.

3. Wall crunches

  • Get back into a 90* sitting angle. If you are a beginner, sit higher up on the wall.
  • Zip up your abs. Tuck your pelvis under.
  • Hold for 1 minute.

Repeat for 2 more sets. You are on your way to a well-focused, energy making, loving woman!!

Be sure to consult your physician or medical provider before beginning any fitness or diet program.
