The K.I.S.S. ~ Build your Brain Foundation

  • FOCUS - Have a clear focus.
  • BOUNDARIES - Set boundaries for your health ahead of time.
  • BREAKFAST - Eat breakfast with high-quality protein like eggs.
  • ELIMINATE - Get rid of the sugar and artificial sweetners.
  • SLEEP - Get good sleep; seven hours a night minimum.
  • PLAN - Think ahead. Look at your schedule.

H.A.L.T.

  • Hungry: Eat small frequent meals to what your brain and body needs.
  • Angry: Maintain control over your emotions; extinguish the negative thoughts.
  • Lonely: Have a support team and healthy role models.
  • Tired: Make sleep a priority.
