On November 25th, 1974, a 27-year-old mother and her three young sons were attacked in their home by a masked man with a knife. Anna Louise Williams and her 10-year-old son Wyley Jr. were killed, but her 9-year-old and 7-year-old sons survived. They identified their attacker as a local man named Jesse Raymond Rutledge.
Join Crime Soup as we break down the facts of this case and why we believe Jesse Raymond Rutledge may actually be innocent, and who we think is the more likely suspect.
If after listening to our episode you also believe Jesse may be innocent, please sign this petition organized by his nephew!
You can also email Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and remind him that he has the power and authority to grant Jesse clemency at any time. You can email him at: GovernorRon.Desantis@eog.myflorida.com
