      1. Spell Resistance, 13: anyone casting a spell on the wielder must roll (Caster Level + Spell level + d20) to have the spell do any effect

      2. Glamered: the armor appears as a fine athletic robe rather than armor.

    6. Unique Abilities:

      1. Sidestep: using a full-round action, the wielder may do the equivalent of the Blink Spell, stepping into the Astral Plane for 1d4 Rounds (this is at random and kept secret to the DM). Once in the Astral Plane, the wielder may act freely.

        1. There is a mechanism with arcane ruins written surrounding what appears to be a sliding lever. It clicks to lock into the far left position when you move it, and won’t move back.
