In this episode, Joe interviews Sarah Balla, a high school teacher and Wellness Consultant for Elk Island Catholic Schools. Sarah is currently involved in support the Health Champions at each school in the district and she is supporting the implementation of our district’s new Nutrition Administrative Procedure. Sarah is leading the implementation of positive mental health and wellness strategies for students and staff throughout our schools, especially in Sarah’s key role as a leader with our district’s Connections Project!
