On a regular basis we come in contact with people who fall into the assumptions of some rather silly vegan myths. If you've been vegan or sometime you know this all too well, and if you're new to lifestyle, get ready. We've mentioned a few myths before but I wanted to focus on a few that we don't always talk about (that means we're skipping the protein one).
