Today’s episode with Yoga teacher, artist, writer and all-round creative Bryonie Wise, we discuss the power of Self-Care as a belief system.

How can we understand Self-care as not only something that we occasionally do, but that forms the very basis of our human experience so we can heal, forgive and feel gratitude at every moment?

Bryonie sadly lost her mother to lung cancer, and shares her story of working through (and with) the grief to heal and gain wisdom to move forward her life. We discuss the power of breath and Bryonie gives several exercises we can try. The power of gratitude and choice, and why the ripple effect of our self-care is bigger than we can even imagine.

This episode is perfect for you if:

  • You are feeling confused, sad, or frustrated for reasons you feel are outside your control
  • Find it difficult to make tie for self-care, or don’t believe it’s of that much importance to you.
  • Want to feel deep empathy and more connected on this journey of the human experience, Bryonie has a way with words and shares great wisdom in a way that soothes and softens and gives heart for those tough times.

We are not alone in our struggle there are people behind us, next to us, and ahead of us that understand the same challenges and difficulties that you face so, take heart.
