In this episode Alexa tells the story of Sister Mary Elizabeth Lloyd, or just Sister Mary Beth, MPF who is a member of the order of the Religious Teachers Filippinia, a runner and an advocate. With these passions she has managed to combine all that is valuable and makes her life worth living. She often participates in races, or walks to raise money for orphans effected by AIDS, and works with them hands on when she can. She has found balance, and the best of both worlds.
