Do you want a new way to cross-train?

Many cyclists like to keep their training exclusively on the bike, even though we all know that cross training is good for us. In today’s tip, Victor introduces us to passive strength training using weight in everyday activities that can get you a great cross training workout.

Below are a couple of pictures of Victors set up. The black plate you see in the image is the weight. It looks like a regular backpack. Sometimes near the end of a walk, It might be called by other names like *!!!(*^%#@#% and ***$%#!!”^%$. All in a good workout.
